False advertisment, sudden character cancellation

They don't seem to listen to their global player base at all. Instead of addressing the actual issues players have been raising, they made the drastic decision to cancel a character who hadn't even been released yet. On top of that, their management of the overall player experience has been disappointing. Rather than updating the main story-which many players have been waiting for-they keep pushing unnecessary side content and additional updates that don't address the community's biggest concerns.
