This is a fully self-funded independent feature film, shot over a whole year, from February 2023 and March 2024. It was created with the support of the entirety of the young filmmaking community in Vancouver, BC. The creative team behind A Welcome Distraction, are forever indebted to the generosity of the technicians and talent in this town.
