In a grid on Carry On actors, four names that appeared in multiple films of the series appear: Sidney James (as Sid James), Hattie Jacques, Jim Dale and Kenneth Connor.
Every single Carry On film included at least one of the four in the cast. As their inclusion implies all of these Carry On films, but doesn't specify them, these haven't been included in Movie Connections.

The grid on performers who appeared in Carry On movies was later reused in Episode #5.34 (1998) with Bob Monkhouse.
However, the later instance wasn't as a 16 answer main grid, but a 12 answer Auction grid, so five of the possible answers were omitted: Sidney James (as Sid James), Jim Dale, Roy Castle, Stephen Fry and John Mills. Additionally, the later grid contained a possible answer that this instance didn't feature: Ben Elton.
The fact that the grid is reused becomes even clearer when Bob Monkhouse reads out some minor factual errors regarding the films - the same errors also read out by Paul Daniels in this episode.
A similar grid would later appear in Episode #6.33 (1999).

The subject of the third main grid - Capital Cities - was later reused as a final grid in Episode #3.8 (1995).
With the final grid only requiring 12 options, less cities were given as options, yet the later version still reused 7 of the options here, along with 5 new possible answers.
