Contestant Susan Yapi makes things slightly difficult for Bob by giving some closed answers to his chat, possibly due to nerves.

When asked during the introductions what interests her, she gives Bob the unhelpful "Everything". Later, the subject of acting comes up, with Bob asking her if she's ever done any acting: "A little."

The Bob Monkhouse episodes of Wipeout have the three contestants introduced via voiceover as they take it in turn to smile at the screen. However, a frequent occurrence is that the players will look at the wrong camera during their introductions, effectively smiling offscreen.

While this had partially happened before, with some contestants looking at more than one camera in the preceding episodes, this is the first edition where it happens to a great extent, with only Richard Green looking at the right camera during his intro.
