Streaming Stars, Then and Now

Quint, a late 30's, ex-con turned man-for-hire is offered the job to track down and stop Mietitore, a man known on the late 80's New York City streets as "The Reaper". However, this plan gets expedited when his friend's kid Frankie is badly beaten by Mietitore. With a quick stop at Ma's Italian restaurant to hear the story from his best friend, Marilyn, Quint is on his way to prepare for the confrontation with Mietitore that night. The first stop of his preparation is to meet Tadeo, guitarist for a rock band by day, weapons dealer by night. He purchases a strong bomb as a backup in case the meeting goes wrong. On his way back to Ma's, he finds his girl, Marilyn, sitting on the roof of his car, demanding to be involved with the case. After some debate, Quint sends Marilyn back to her place to stay away from the danger. Hours later, the meeting commences and here he meets Mietitore, who furiously beats him as he stands there, unwilling to provoke the monster further. However, when Mietitore mentions Frankie, Quint reacts aggressively, causing Mietitore to pull a gun on him. He is then left with the only option; use the bomb and take out Mietitore for good, even if it means killing himself in the process.
