Another nonsense piece from the so-called Iranian "comedy" cinema! Unfortunately, Molotov Cocktail falls into the same tired pattern that has plagued many recent attempts at humor in Iranian films. As always, the script is poorly written, lacking any real structure, wit, or originality. The story feels forced and predictable from the very beginning, making it impossible to engage with the plot or care about the characters.

The movie features the same repetitive actors we see over and over again in Iranian comedies, playing essentially the same roles in every film. One of the most frustrating examples is Pejman Jamshidi, who seems to appear in almost every comedy nowadays. His performance, which might have been charming or amusing in earlier films, has become stale and predictable. There is nothing fresh or surprising in his acting here, and it adds to the overall sense of monotony in the film.

Even the setting and the time period in which the story takes place feels unoriginal. The film seems to mimic the style and humor of other comedies like Zood Paze, without adding anything new or meaningful. It's as if the filmmakers are just repeating a formula that has been used countless times before, hoping it will somehow work again. This lack of creativity makes the movie feel shallow and uninspiring.

The only element that caught my attention was the wide-screen cinematography, which at least gave the visuals some sense of scale and openness. However, this minor technical aspect is far from enough to save the film, which otherwise offers nothing worth watching. There are no genuinely funny scenes, no clever dialogue, and no interesting plot developments to keep viewers engaged.

Overall, I did not enjoy this movie at all. Its weak comedy, repetitive performances, predictable story, and lack of originality make it a forgettable experience. I would rate Molotov Cocktail 2 out of 10, and I strongly recommend that you skip it. There are far better films out there that are worth your time, instead of wasting it on this uninspired attempt at humor.
