... never ... well no pun intended, but you may feel the bleakness of this a lot. And may not entirely agree with what it tries to tell you. I would at least hope so - yes there is a general tiredness ... especially if you follow politics.

That said, I don't think the director is right with his statement about what the younger people go through ... or not. The movie is quite complex - I did like how the main character is painted. Most of the time - not a fan of the experience.

The add on ending (credits scene) is not helping its own cause. Acting is really good - it just left me numb most of the time. Still it is quite dark to say the least ... your choice to watch or not ... pacing and otherwise this is as slow as it goes.
