The premise of 28 Days with the Alpha is wonderfully simple: one kiss every night for twenty eight days to break a curse. From there, the series builds an enjoyable supernatural romance that leans into familiar werewolf tropes while keeping its focus on the growing relationship between its two leads.

Cosette Hatch makes Haley easy to connect with. She begins as someone completely removed from the werewolf world, yet her determination and compassion gradually draw her deeper into it. Ryan Watson Henderson gives Damien the emotional restraint expected of a cursed Alpha, allowing his guarded exterior to soften little by little as Haley becomes part of his life. Their romance develops at a comfortable pace, making the emotional payoff feel natural.

The supporting characters help keep the story engaging. Ruben's ambition creates constant conflict within the Noble family, while Sophie's determination to save her brother gives the curse real emotional significance. Victoria also brings enough jealousy and tension to complicate the relationship without distracting from the central story.

This is the kind of series that knows exactly what its audience is looking for. Curses, rivalries, hidden agendas, and a slow burn romance all come together in a light and entertaining werewolf drama that is easy to watch from beginning to end.
