There is blood on a monsters face but other then that there is no blood.

When everyone dies, you have to fight eachother with various items such as a chainsaw, laser wand and a baseball bat, and you have to be the last person alive to get the king of the losers crown with intense music in the background. When someone dies, they'll explode and you'll only see their head with no blood stains on the floor.

There is no profanity in the game itself, only profanity is from players using VC.

There are frequent jump scares in the game.

The Robe is the most dangerous and scariest monster, he's completely silent, and he can take you in one shot if you're crouched. He can easily sneak up on you as well.
