Veronika talks about her two voices, the girl and the demon. Veronika is afraid of almost everything and has made up a diagnosis for herself. She suffers from fructose, she says. With the help of Irene Persson from the social psychiatric team, Veronika manages to swim. The water usually makes her think she is running away and disappearing. The demon voice threatens to take over, but it can help to grab hold of your head and count continuously.

Josefin is diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, severe anxiety, and self-harms. It was a relief when she was diagnosed at the age of 20, but at the same time she realized that she was sick. Josefin always carries a razor blade in her wallet in case the anxiety gets too strong and she has to cut herself to cope. She is always afraid of having a panic attack in public. Josefin's boyfriend John tells of when he was at Josefin's house the first time she had an attack.

Ylva lost custody of her son when she was psychotic. She felt eavesdropped on and persecuted and sees that time as lost years. Now recovering, but still receiving messages from the TV. Ylva has foreign students living with her to have a less isolated life. We visit the Employment Service where Ylva presents a business idea. She wants to start an au pair business for mentally ill mothers.
