THE ACTION UNIT on any film/ TV set is comprised of some of the most talented, world- traveled, death-defying and skilled fighters, martial artists, drivers, motorcyclists, gymnasts, tactical/arms experts, cowboys, equestrians, parkourists, scientists... whose names and faces have remained - until now- unknown. These are the brave, tenacious men and women who create the ACTION in action films and have for decades. As action films have grown into major franchises and films/movies/ TV shows have become more and more dependent upon these professionals and their numerous skills (many of which are life-long disciplines), we felt it was about time the world knew their names and faces. "The Action Unit" will introduce you to these legends and innovators, share their stories and provide insight into what its really like working as professional stunt people in the Entertainment industry.
