Goofs
Magick is shown stripping while wearing a bejeweled neck brace. In real life if she needed a neck-brace there is no way she would have been able to perform the way she is shown. For example, throwing her head back the way she does wouldn't have been possible with any such injury.

However, in the previous episode there was a scene where the manager Big Eddy was yelling at Magick to take off the neck brace because she didn't need it and it makes the customers uncomfortable, she screams back that she has to wear it for "the lawsuit". This established that she's faking an injury for a lawsuit of some kind, probably a personal injury case, and is wearing it non-stop to not be caught faking and ruin her chances at winning the lawsuit.
