The Edge paints a dark post-apocalyptic future. We follow a young woman and her father living in the woods, but even there, violence and the plundering of resources are commonplace. The woman owns very little and becomes absolutely furious when a group of strangers attacks them and takes something valuable from her. What follows is a violent quest for revenge and an attempt to reclaim what was stolen. I liked this short and feel like it could easily be expanded into a full-length sci-fi action film.
