An awkward but dramatic scene that showcases the personal distance of the character's relationships and their livelihoods. Right from the beginning, I like how the girl is trying to do her job and distance away from the conversation while the guy is trying to get back into the real conversation, but is shadowed as a customer. They get heated in the wrong direction, and I like how every time she leaves, we think the scene is over, but it keeps going. It adds some sort of breaking tension in a good way. Even at some points, there is a little bit of comedy in there to keep the energy alive between their chemistry. Speaking of chemistry, they have solid chemistry with their reactions, and it creates so much "hidden" history between their characters. With the ending, I was invested in what their story could lead to next. Beyond its story, I really enjoyed the lighting work with its warm tones and lighting effects. Solid audio design work and great technical filmmaking to capture this chaotic but intimate moment between these two lovers.
