6.5 - slow first half, better second half

It had a wobbly start, with the chemistry between the lead pair feeling a little off and all the other characters felt like props struggling to connect with each other to give an appearance of a cohesive unit. It is so slow paced and was a cringe watch for the first half. The second half with the flashback kind of salvaged the overall vibe of the film.

What entertained me more was the audience humorous commentary on the resurfacing past which made for an engaging watch in theatres. Otherwise not a great theatre watch. In some places dialogues were like in maniratnam movies, slowing down an already sluggish screenplay..

Can be a slow weekend OTT watch. Sort of a mish mash of other movies with similar storyline. Anywhere from 6-6.5.
