Jacky St. James's writing is not up to snuff, but the sex is hot enough to make FAMILY BUSINESS a decent entry in her ongoing study of incest.

Case in point is "Airing Dirty Laundry", a vignette burdened with narration filled with homilies, practically a parody of the sickly approach Shonda Rhimes has made so famous in TV's "Grey's Anatomy". Segment is set in the family's laundry room (St. James's favorite stomping ground for some reason), where bro Tyler Nixon is caught sniffing Jessa Rhodes' panties. I thought he was merely auditioning for a TV commercial, but no.

Jessa keeps coming on to him but he resists, fearful of consequences from mom & dad. They eventually hump, and the panties fetish continues to be stressed.

Far better is "Hot and Bothered", limning the story of India Summer as a voyeur who keeps step-son Van Wylde doing yard-work so that she can ogle his muscles. Jacky's regular trouper Alec Knight pops up briefly in a non-sex role as her husband. Van succumbs to her wiles, and India demonstrates terrific deep throat technique, benefiting from Eddie Powell's astute camera angles. 

Payoff of this episode is quality sex and even has a clever epilogue. India always reminds me of JoBeth Williams from the mainstream and is given a fine showcase here.

"Dancing Around the Truth" concerns short little Penelope Stone about to get married. Step- dad Steven St. Croix is learning to dance with her in time for the wedding and one thing leads to another, namely sex.

This vignette benefits from a slow soft-core buildup to the necessary hardcore, but the mood is broken by an outbreak of gonzo deep throat action, plus even some choking by Steven, clearly out of character. Stone reminds me of '90s porn star Cassidy, but her tattoos are quite distracting.

Final episode "The Awakening" is about MILF Brenda James and step-son Logan Pierce, both familiar faces (and bodies) in porn, James usually in girl-girl scenes. St. James errs on the side of product placement here, as James is selling sex toys, which spotlight several items marketed by this video's parent label New Sensations. She enlists Logan to help her try out some models on her body and the sex that results is played for laughs. 

With the aid of a dildo in conjunction with Logan's dick we get anal sex and double penetration painlessly (no pun) injected into the otherwise straight Tabu Tales format. Adding insult, there is no money shot here, instead he supposedly cums in her mouth with Brenda spitting it out on his cock, as phony as the Milk of Magnesia shots so common in '70s porn.
