I don't understand how some people on this show wait so, so long to do something about their tumor! I'm not shaming anyone, specially those affected by Neurofibromatosis type 1, because they cannot help it, but some adults have had enormous cysts for over a decade, to the point that their lives are severely impaired, just because they rather be disabled than deal with the issue! I had a sebaceous cyst next to my left nipple... it lasted less than 4 weeks, because even though the doctor told me it was benign, cysts ALWAYS grow,and the bigger the cyst, the bigger the scar, the bigger the hole and the bigger the complications!

It was hard for me to be empathetic about some of these cases, but the Neurofibromatosis ones really, really made me emotional, thanks to Dr Osborne and his team for helping them!!!
