There's a woman who has spent 7 years living out of her husband's house's entrance (and never stepped inside) because her family failed to pay enough dowry. There's a thief who calls the local police station and sings a Hindi song and says nothing else before committing a theft. There's a loafer who calls his relationship "toilet love" because he, already married four times and with 16 kids, only gets time and privacy in his toilet to court his potential 5th wife. There's enough novelty like this in Manasa Vacha (Neither in Thought Nor Speech) to enjoy, event though it goes haywire towards the end. Watch it if you have some spare time.
