The voice acting from the cast is great. The short is 10 minutes long as it gets to the point of the story and is paced extremely well. And finally, I watched this short film for free on YouTube.

Overall, The Wizard of Oz (1983) is one of the best short films ever made, a masterclass in Japanese anime and I highly recommend this short film if you're fan of L. Frank Buam novel and anime.
