Lenny passed away on November 12th, 2022, meaning he was not able to reprise his role in the film. Additionally, Squiggy's scenes were filmed the night before he passed away, to see his brother again.
The reason that Charlie's shirt is different is actually because he threw away the shirt from The Evil Pugs. His shirt also changes during the wild west scene, this is because he misplaced it before reshooting that scene.
