When it's talking facts, it's interesting.

Unfortunately, far too much of the series is interview subjects telling us what to think of her demeanor as if it's evidence of guilt rather than the actual evidence. She was not sufficiently cowed at being interrogated, which we should find suspicious. She didn't use a child's proper name at one point, and thus is obviously a sociopath. Going to court? Oh, what a heinous attempt to garner attention. Look at this monster insisting she's innocent! What more proof could there be that she's guilty than the fact that she doesn't admit it?

Airing their reaction to her every syllable and twitch undermines the credibility and authority of the interview subjects. The actual facts and evidence get lost behind a rotation of retirees hating the way this woman breathes.
