Another well-executed and suspenseful episode.

Understanding how the residents of the Silo react to Juliette escaping the crater is obviously pivotal to the plot, so I find the criticism on this point strange.

The interactions between the Mayor and Meadows are fantastic and we learn some interesting aspects about the "Pact." We also gain hints about how much these characters truly know about the outside world, which adds layers to the unfolding mystery.

It might be seen as a slower episode but it does bring the plot forward and the atmosphere, acting, cinematography are all top notch.

The sub plot about the two fractions from "down there" isn't that interesting but that's the only critcism I have for this episode.
