The voice of "Zoldar," King of the Sea Children, was dubbed by Lem Kitaj (Lem Dobbs), who had recently acted in another Children's Film Foundation film, "The Boy Who Turned Yellow," because the producers desired a slightly stranger and stronger voice than the original actor's for the character.
