"The Therapy" is the first full-length film by First Draft (an independent Bulgarian production house), it poses the eternal question of the fear of criticism, shown through the eyes of artists. The Actress Krasimira Belev plays an eccentric psychologist (Elisaveta) who works with a group of "blocked" artists, her methods will shock both the participants in the therapy and the viewers in front of the screen.

"History resembles an unfinished painting. A moment of life that is painted, but the author is someone else, not us. Maybe fate mixes the colors and predetermines life's path, but one more stroke can always be added. Despite the stain of fears, pain, and unfulfilled dreams, there is also room on the canvas for what makes us happy. We just have to wish for it and realize that our time is limited, that every second forward is a second less."

The original music is the work of composer Georgi Strezov, is entirely acoustic and helps tremendously to immerse the viewers in the story of the movie.

This movie is a fresh change from the usual Bulgarian movie productions of late - full of meaningless action and very little story or character development, it's nice to see young people creating meaningful movies and be able to enjoy the result. I think they deserve to be encouraged to continue developing and as a result let us enjoy there future creations.
