Eric Maragoto didn't eat on while shooting, believing he'd naturally crave the jelly donut. When the shoot finally wrapped he ate the donut.
Real food was brought to the set as production design. The crew was asked to eat as much of it as possible, but never finish the meals.
While on set Writer/director Leon Daccarett ate three jelly donuts. Later offering lead actor Eric Maragoto one, only to deny him of it as a joke.
