At 7:20 the truck is sitting in traffic on the bridge, but during the internal shots of the conversation, the truck appears to moving quickly.

Then one of guys says "sure is a good thing we wore bulletproof masks"
The impact alone would likely give her a concussion had it been in the actual mask and not in the back of her head where it had zero protection.
