I saw the film. Hard to watch. There were some inaccuracies. Especially in regards to his early life (upbringing). Cousins, by blood, know these things...and it is quite difficult to write 300 words about a person who was tragically taken from you. His father would want the record to be made straight. I can hear him now, Charles...before he was ever called Mask, because we used to make up characters and do impressions all the time. Because, cousins do that sort of thing. There is much here in this film, but at the same time, it's like eating a sandwich without the meat. You know something is missing. And, unfortunately, this movie only scratches the surface, and leaves his foundation, upon which he operated, undiscovered. Oh, the history...some of which he may not have wanted people to know. Even now, I think about how much of the history he would want people to know...some of it is so deep, that it is painful to recall. RIP Charles...I miss you more than words can say. I believe you would want me to talk about who you really were, and after nearly 20 years, and the passing of your only sister...well, the time should probably be sooner rather than later.
