This documentary shows people who are not happy with their body. It often goes very deep, and shows that people who have such secret hide it behind a mask of shame, but try to act as normal to friends and family as they can.

It also shows how deep simple reactions in public can go, under the circumstances they live in, thus they live in a world off stress.

sometimes a little self esteem is all you need, but in worse cases plastic surgery is the only option.

I really like the story's and find the people who are in this documentary very brave. I wish them good luck to regain their self-love.
