The movie starts off slowly. Emma (Alice Lee) and Dale (Ryan Dance) are having lunch in a diner. They had previously dated and Dale wants to start seeing her again but Emma doesn't want to hear it. She runs out and they are talking outside and a car pulls up and they are zip tied and thrown into a trunk. After this we see the two abductors in a diner, Drew (Will Brittain) and Joe (Emilio Garcia-Sanchez). This is prior to the kidnapping. These two scenes felt too drawn out to me, as were some other places in the movie. Aside from that, it is an interesting tale and gets better toward the end.
