Several times it's mentioned the presence or some aspect of the epididymis of the penis. Medically, this is an impossibility since the epididymis is a structure of not the penis, but the connection between the testicles and the penis. It is an internal structure, which is not visible from the outside structures of the male genitalia. It also is not changed or made more apparent during states of arousal. It was fairly obvious that the producers or writers thought that the word epididymis was amusing so they erroneously attempted to use it as many times as possible, even though it was completely and factually incorrect as a medical term.
