I can't hear the word "wheat" in the movies without thinking of Woody Allen and Diane Keaton babbling about the grain in a Bergmanesque composition from LOVE AND DEATH. Still, it tells the tale efficiently, and while the Technicolor of the print has faded, the compositions are well done.
