Because this TV pilot was shot and edited over the course of eight months, some of the summer scenes were actually shot in the winter. For one outdoor scene, many of the actors and actresses had to wear summer clothes in 20-degree weather on a windy day. Crew members stood on the sidelines with blankets and hot coffee to keep the actors and actresses warm between takes.
