Goofs
As stated, the Australian Prime Minister and Foreign Minister being on a State Visit would have diplomatic immunity and could only be detained and/or questioned voluntarily or with the approval of the Australian Government. However, Cordelia manipulated the Foreign Minister to convince the Prime Minister to insist on an investigation to clear the Australian attendees, therefore avoiding the diplomatic immunity issue.
