The chef demonstrates a "handle" for lifting hot pans, pie tins, etc. and even a pail weighing "50 or 60 pounds", which he demonstrates. From the way he lifts it, the pail is obviously empty, weighing no more than 5 pounds, and very few people would be able to lift 50 pounds by a handle.
