"Enemies Foreign and Domestic (2002)" was the first of four episodes of The West Wing (1999) in which Mark Harmon appeared, and it was his commanding performance as a Secret Service agent that led to Harmon's casting on "NCIS".

When Officer Hadar stops Gibbs on the street and asks him to meet with Eli David, it is daylight. They get in the car, and there's a commercial break. After the break, Gibbs and David are sitting at a window, and it is fully dark out.
