When Ade Edmondson is getting the tyres drawn on his face, he jokes that they haven't got a red pen to make him look like Darth Maul from Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace. Edmondson would later star in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Coincidentally, Simon Burchell, who co-directed this documentary, worked in the visual effects department for some of the Star Wars films, such as The Force Awakens and The Rise of Skywalker. Burchell also worked on the editorial department on Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
