After House slices a head sculpture on his shelf with a sword, he says, "Try doing that with a pen," referring to the famous quote, "The pen is mightier than the sword", which is used to convey the power of words and knowledge. Goofs
When Sam confronts House in his office she says that she and Wilson both made mistakes in their marriage, but that it was "nearly a decade ago." Wilson tells Thirteen in the previous episode (6.16 "Lockdown") that he and Sam were married from 1990-1991, making their divorce nearly 2 decades ago.
