When Ted runs into Higgins moving his temporary office out of Rebecca's office, he greets the plant, "Oh, hi, Robert." and then Higgins pulls out a stack of papers and waves them and says, "Hey, my name's Jimmy." This was a reference to Led Zeppelin's band members Robert Plant and Jimmy Page.

Toward the end when Leslie Higgins gets distracted at the window, ostensibly fixated on Jamie walking onto the pitch, and then the others all gather at the window as well. Once the scene changes to Jamie, though, it's seen he is only yet emerging from the tunnel that leads to the pitch from the interior. There's no way Higgins would have seen him, much less notice while not looking, at such a distance and angle.
