Once upon a time, three people didn't like the laws of the kingdom in which they lived. So they moved elsewhere and soon discovered that they needed some rules after all. The end.

After Stephen Bosutow left UPA, he set up his own production company which often made educational films like this. They were aimed at small children, explaining basic things. Unfortunately, like many of the competition, this short is rather obvious and dull for anyone outside its target audience. And I don't care for the artwork design.
