The scenes shot within the Lantern Theatre as Jim performs were shot in the same day, back to back, with the Live DVD performance recording of the band, Outroads, whose music is interwoven in the narrative. When one shoot ended, Jim joined the band on stage for the closing scene, a quick set-redress happened and the audience for the live DVD shoot entered.
