I had never even heard about the 2010 comedy titled "Devolved", from writer and director John Cregan, prior to stumbling upon it by random luck here in 2026. And since I hadn't already seen the movie, of course I opted to check it out.

Honestly, I found absolutely no entertainment in the narrative. Why? Well, because it was fully and wholly devoid of comedy elements. So writer John Cregan utterly failed to impress me with the script and narrative for "Devolved".

Of the entire cast ensemble in the movie, I do believe that I was only familiar with Chris Kattan. The acting performance in "Devolved" were fair enough, just a shame that the script was such a swing and a miss.

If you enjoy comedy movies, do yourself a favor and skip on "Devolved", it just simply isn't worth spending 85 minutes on watching. And this is definitely not a movie that will ever grace my screen a second time.
