All the fake names that Nate reads off in the airport are of actors who have previously portrayed The Doctor in the British sci-fi series Doctor Who (1963). Nate's aliases are Peter Davison, Sylvester McCoy and Tom Baker all of whom portrayed The Doctor. Sophie's alias is Sarah Jane Baker, a reference to Sarah Jane Smith, one of The Doctor's companions (portrayed by Elisabeth Sladen). This is most likely due to the fake ID's being made by Hardison, who in an earlier episode remarks about 'torrenting' Doctor Who episodes.

Goofs
Eliot pretends to be a Federal Air Marshal, but is sitting in Coach. FAMs always sit in First Class. Their mission is to prevent any threats to the cockpit, which can only effectively be accomplished from First Class. Other LEOs permitted to fly armed will sit anywhere on the place except for those with a detainee. LEOs on escort duty of a detainee always sit in the very rear of the plane, again to keep any potential threats away from the cockpit and because they sometimes will load from the tarmac.
