Abby tells Gibbs that it has been 126 days that "Tony, McGee and Ziva have been gone". That is also the number of days between the original U.S. air dates of the season 5 finale and this episode.
When Agent McGee pulls up a picture of Agent Lee's NCIS ID after a phone records check, the Issue # for her ID is 867-5309, the same number in the Tommy Tutone song "867-5309/Jenny".
The postcard Tony sends Abby is a real postcard from the USS Enterprise (CVN-65), just with the name digitally altered to USS Seahawk. It's a bit hard to make out but the text on the back says the Seahawk was the world's first nuclear powered aircraft carrier and the 8th vessel in the Navy to bear the name. It also states that the ship is slated to be decommissioned in 2015 and replaced by the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78). These are all facts that are true for the Enterprise in real life, this post card was printed to commemorate the upcoming decommissioning of the Enterprise and her distinguished career of service; at her time of inactivation Enterprise was the third-oldest commissioned vessel in the United States Navy after the wooden-hulled USS Constitution and the World War II era research ship USS Pueblo.
