Fred goes to a school cafeteria, but dislikes the food so much. He manages to go to a restaurant named "Vick's Vafé", but Victor catches him. Until he realized that it was Fred, he let him stay there to eat.
Power-Man and Fred manage to find a mysterious and interesting VHS tape which had an old home recording of you know, Power-Man on it, before Power-Man became a real superhero ever.
