The black and white posters on the wall behind the band playing are of Secret Act's first EP "Pick Me Up". Drummer Michael Dennis can also be seen wearing a t-shirt with the EP's cover artwork. The song, Helpless, however, was not on that EP but rather on the band's follow-up album "My Neighourhood", which had not yet been released when the video was shot.
