Some of the super skinnies smoke cigarettes and consume caffeine excessively. Some clients, both supersize and super skinny, have binge drinking habits. Some anorexic people abuse drugs such as diuretics or stimulants (ephedrine, etc.) to help them loss more weight.

Some images of damage in the body, diseases, and death can be disturbing and frightening to some.
