A fascinating - albeit dated - examination of the Supreme Court

"The Supreme Court" is a fascinating historical examination of a governmental institution that deserves greater historical examination. It is filled with insights for all of the major Court eras that it examines. But unfortunately, the Series falls short in examining what, arguably, has become the most critical era, not only in the Supreme Court's history but in the history of American democracy. And that is the current era.

A new episode focusing on the Roberts Era and the intense polarization, as well as fears of "democratic backsliding," would help makes this Series both fresh, and relevant.
