Jim Powers opted to emphasize sex over story (almost to a fault) the third time around in this major Sin City gonzo series.

Platinum blonde Kissy Capri is the main protagonist in this feature, which draws heavily upon the format of mainstream torture porn like the Saw series. She and boyfriend Jenner take a tip from a stranger to foolishly find a cheap motel ($20 room fee) for the night after all the local hostels are full up.

Soon they're chloroformed and like the rest of the damsels and dudes in distress in the cast find themselves chained up in bondage in a truly ugly basement.

A master communicates through speakers and has all of them under surveillance. Powers rather clumsily has the captives suddenly masturbating without prompting, and of course much sex occurs, emphasizing anal and d.p.'s.

Shyla Stylez is the nominal star of the show and impressive in the opening segment, but unfortunately there is no through-put story; she and her fate are abandoned in favor of vignettes introducing other talent. Rebeca Linares shines in her match-up with fellow prisoner Lee Stone, and Lea Moore teams up with Kissy for an orgy finale.

Sin City issued it as a special 2-DVD package, but the second disk is worthless.
