Sometimes, off-duty Koreans can be seen urinating, but nothing explicit is seen. There is a silly yellow stream though.

There is no actual gore, and blood is off by default. The blood is just small effects if you shoot a guy and he will just say I am hit and ragdoll.
Constant gun violence, with a bit of blood splatter on the ground, however blood effects can be turned off. There is also hand-to-hand action, where the player can grab soldiers on the neck and throw them into the air.

Sharks are in the waters, and will attack the player If they swim out to sea
The level Core has the player advancing forward by floating in zero gravity in a massive, darkly lit cave, while fighting squid-like aliens, who often attack from behind, is extremely scary and intense, and is accompanied by very eerie music. It feels rather like Dead Space. Not for the faint hearted.
The General's actions are indeed frustrating, as he shows gross negligence for his actions.
The gun battles are pretty intense and realistic.
The aliens add a little horror in the plot.
