Bernie has decided to marry Lucy. This gives Martin an opportunity to buy his flat under the right to buy scheme.

Get the flat on a discount and make a killing a few years later when he sells up at a high price.

Meanwhile Martin is also shocked to learn that not only is Bernie carrying on with Lucy. He has been at it with an old work colleague for years as her husband could never satisfy her.

Albert throws an engagement party for his dad but gets involved in an argument with Martin. Albert also wants to buy the flat.

It all seems to have settled into a formula but at least it is peppered with jokes. They might not always be funny.
